After a 17-year, Scarlet Lady re-emerges with their EP, “Abstrakta.” This long-awaited release is a testament to the enduring power of music and a journey through time. Abstrakta is not just an EP; it’s a reflection of a life lived, a collection of stories told through melodies and lyrics that have been marinating for nearly two decades.
Formed in February 2008 by Evan and Deedon, Scarlet Lady (also known as Scady) has evolved from a 2-piece band to its current four of Sam, (vocals), Evan (vocals, guitar), Iman (bass) and Deedon (drums). Known for their diverse blend of metal and hardcore genres, the band made a name for itself in the Jakarta and Bekasi scenes, notably opening for A Skylit Drive in 2011. Scarlet Lady has released their first EP, with lyrics that focus on life and societal issues.
